Goal: Connect and ground participants through storytelling and shared identity

• Global LGBTQI Mapping Activity – Share where you’re from and key local issues

• Member Panel – Stories from 5 activists in different countries

• Cultural Showcase – Poetry, music, dance or art from diverse communities

Day 2 – Safe & Strategic: Activism in Unfree Environments

Goal: Equip participants with real-world tools for staying safe

• Workshop 1: Digital Safety for LGBTQI Organizing

• Workshop 2: Physical Safety & Emergency Preparedness

• Discussion Circles: How we protect each other in hostile regions

• Resource Launch: Safety Toolkit (physical & digital version)

Day 3 – Healing for Resistance: Mental Health & Community Care

Goal: Promote emotional well-being and peer-based support systems

• Guided Session: Trauma, burnout & healing with a queer therapist

• Healing Circles – Safe spaces for open sharing

• Workshop: How to start a local LGBTQI peer support group

• Activity: Art therapy, journaling or meditation hour

Day 4 – Small Actions, Big Shifts: Community Mobilization & Micro-Grants

Goal: Teach low-risk, high-impact ways to mobilize communities

• Mini-Lab 1: Organizing LGBTQI-friendly spaces (meetups, health days)

• Mini-Lab 2: Accessing Micro-Grants (UHAI, Astraea, Mama Cash, etc.)

• Live Planning Session: Build 5 Action Blueprints members can take home

• Tools Shared: Grant writing basics, event planning checklist

Day 5 – We Are the Movement

Goal: Celebrate, connect, and sustain the global network

• Changemaker Awards – Recognize 5 grassroots leaders

• Speed Networking – Interest-based group meetups

• Group Commitment Circle – Share your next step

• Closing Ceremony – Reflections, joy & farewell photos
