Conam Charitable Foundation Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025
Conam Charitable Foundation invites all members of its affiliated organizations worldwide to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025. This is a crucial gathering where we will reflect on our achievements, discuss key issues, and vote on important matters that will shape the future of our work. We are expecting over 400 delegates to attend the 2025 Conam Annual General Meeting (AGM) in person, with additional engagement from our global network. The AGM will feature 12 plenary sessions and several side sessions, bringing together government representatives, industry leaders, civil society members, and experts from non-governmental and international organizations. This year’s AGM will also include exciting announcements, partnership collaborations, and the launch of key Conam publications aimed at advancing LGBTQ+ rights and advocacy worldwide.
Key Highlights
✔ Annual Report & Strategic Planning – Review of the past year and future goals.
✔ Voting on Key Issues – Elections will be held for various leadership roles. Vacant positions will be communicated directly to member organizations via email before the AGM.
✔ Networking & Capacity Building – Engage with LGBTQ+ leaders and activists from around the world.
✔ Sponsorship Opportunity – Limited sponsorships are available for members of our affiliated organizations to attend the AGM.
Sponsorship for Member Organizations
To ensure inclusivity and participation, Conam is offering sponsorships to help members of affiliated organizations attend the AGM. This will cover travel and accommodation costs for selected individuals.
📢 How to Apply for Sponsorship:
Interested members should submit an application outlining their organization’s work and how attending the AGM will benefit their community. Applications must be submitted to info@conamcharitablefoundation.org by April 15, 2025.
Voting & Participation
All registered member organizations are eligible to participate in voting. Details on the vacant positions and nomination process will be shared via email before the AGM.
